PROJECT 6 : ANALYSIS OF HBP SPACES ( COMPOSITION )

for this week task , we were told to produce a site analysis on hbp spaces in usm .I was quite worried and had no idea on how to do it. But then i remembered the time Dr.Mazran Ismail brought us to theDRUM to watch the  senior's site analysis presentation . thank you , Dr. Mazran Ismail :) and not to forget to Dr.Azree who really helped a us a lot in doing our project6. GRACIAS :)

PROJECT 4A : SCULPTURE ( MULTIVIEW )

MY SCULPTURE

For this task , we were required to create a sculpture model of 300 ( L ) x 300 ( W ) x 600 ( H ) mm in size and the model must come with the sustainability theme and using monochrome colour .
In definition , Sculpture is a three dimensional artwork created by shaping and combining hard materials . since we were not allowed to use any other materials , i chose to use mounting board and drawing block for my sculpture .
To me , sustainibility is to RESPECT the natural environment. My sculpture was inspired by the crystal . which is quite related to the 'sustainibility" theme :)
why i chose crystal ? it is because of its colour and its different shapes and sizes . In my sculpture you'll see that some of them had triangle based and square based.
As you can see , on each of the hexagon sides , i applied the GOTHIC architectural  style which is the pattern of the windows.

PROJECT 3B : THE CUBE ( PERSPECTIVE )

MY THREE PERSPECTIVES

 Holla :)
For this task ,  we were required to draw a few perspective from the cube we'd produced earlier. We were required to draw more than one perspective drawing . i drew three drawings , HAAAAAAA. wow hebat wow wow hebat ! haha : D * padahal org lain punya lagii banyak. xkecoh pun ? haha.
anyways, these drawing are quite hard at first . Since I don't know how to draw perspective drawing , I've youtube it , google it , ask friends about it, EVERYTHING it just to produce this drawing and managed to finished it 2days before the submission day . WOOHOO !
conclusion is , NOW I KNOW HOW TO DRAW PERSPECTIVE DRAWING . gimme more perspective drawing ! bring it on ! HAHAHA .

TWO POINT PERSPECTIVE

Two-point perspective is a type of linear perspective.  All of types of linear perspectives include a horizon line and a stationary point (the position of the observer).  In two-point perspective, there exist two points from which an object’s lines radiate from; the sides of the object vanish to one of two vanishing points on the horizon line. An object’s vertical lines do not relate to the perspectiverules of the horizontal lines.  By changing the vanishing points of the object, one can make increase or decrease the size of the object.

THREE POINT PERSPECTIVE

Three-point perspective is a type of linear perspective.  All of types of linear perspectives include a horizon line and a stationary point (the position of the observer). In three-point perspective there are also two vanishing points somewhere on the horizon; however, unlike two-point perspective,there also exists a vanishing point above or below the horizon line that the vertical lines disappear to.

ONE POINT PERSPECTIVE

One-point perspective is a type of linear perspective.  All of types of linear perspectives include a horizon line and a stationary point (the position of the observer).  In one-point perspective, only one vanishing point exists; lines radiate outwardly from this point, and perpendicular lines meet at this point.

PROJECT 3A : BLACK BOX ( PICTORIAL )

FRONT VIEW
hmm, cantik kann ? I KNOW ! haha , *hari ni gilaa sedikit.
okay, serious !
This week assignment is to produce 8 boxes with 1span long, wide and high. We have to colour the box in 6 colours on each side of the box. Same goes to the other 7 boxes. Then, we need to combined all the 8 boxes into a new shape. * a lot of shape can be formed from this 8 cute little boxes , it took me TWO days to figure out what.
After TWO days of thinking , I come out with this shape . It looks like a pyramid. *quite a common idea , don't it ? but thats all i could think of :(

PLAN VIEW

I'm not good in colouring , but i manage to produce a tone on the boxes.
*two thumbsup for me :)

SIDE VIEW ( LEFT HAND-SIDE )

SIDE VIEW ( RIGHT HAND-SIDE )

What I'm trying to show here is the balance of the colour. I want it to be equal.

PROJECT 2B : NATURAL STRUCTURE ( SPACE & DEPTH )

For this task , we were required to produce a geometrical shape design based an othe natural structure. At first  i thought * what was that means? -.-" . haha.
But later on , I asked my friends about it , and did some research on it and I finally gets it.
I straight away thought about peacock  beacuse of the colourful feather and its beauty of texture. I changed it into geometrical shape to fit the requirements.
We were also required to colour the patterns using the basic colour tone . ookay , basic colour tone. BLUE , RED and YELLOW is all i can think of. So , i only used these three basic colour in my drawing . On the submission day , I saw other students apply a lot of colours , playing with tones , shading , etc. and I was like * why didn't I think of it ? I am sooo narrow minded . ishhh ! benci ! hahaha.
So for this task I was a lil bit unhappy because I didn't try to understand the requirements carefully. But it was fun  though :)
